CANCELLATION AND REFUND
- If you wish to cancel an order, kindly contact us here within 24 hours of placing it.
- We reserve the right to refuse the cancellation of any orders.
- Please note that a cancellation charge of 5% is applicable after 24 hours on all cancellation requests.
- Orders once shipped out are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
- If your request for cancellation is approved, we will process your refund through the same payment method used by you to place your order.
- Refunds may take up to 3 – 4 additional business days to reflect in your bank account from the date of initiating it.
- During offer periods, cancellation policies are at our discretion.
REPLACEMENTS
- We will replace products if they are defective or damaged, or missing in transit, only if reported within 48 hours from the date of receipt of products.
- Please send us an email at support@rezzo.online detailing the issue, and our customer support team will reach out to you shortly.
- Parcel opening videoclip is must for a claim
- Once your request for replacement is approved, member of our team will guide you, to collect the product from you, and send in your replacement.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges on any product ranges, given the personal nature of the products.
